Westco was started in 1981 by Lee Brand and Ken Warkentin using the DBA Brand & Associates Real Estate. They began a two person office selling real estate and managing small properties. In the ensuing years, their business expanded to include large apartment projects and commercial properties. In 1988, they incorporated, changing the name to Westco Equities, Inc.

For the past 15 years, Westco has steadily expanded their business without compromising the necessary integrity and control of their property portfolio. They have formed affiliate companies to enhance the quality of service to their clients.

Today, Westco employees approximately 150 employees. They manage a diversified portfolio of properties throughout Central California. Their affiliate companies do job projects throughout California.
