Lee Brand... is a Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.) with over 25 years experience in the business. He is a licensed real estate broker and licensed general contractor (B-1). He is a life long resident of Fresno, graduating from Fresno State University and has obtained a Masters degree from the University of Southern California. He is very active in the community with an excellent record of public service including serving on the Fresno City Planning Commission; board membership with the Apartment Association, San Joaquin River Parkway Trust, Fresno Chamber of Commerce (FRESPAC), Fresno Board of Realtors (BORPAC), and the Workforce Development Board. He has also served as Chair of the Government Review Council for the Fresno Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Fresno Business Council.
