Westco services commercial and residential HVAC systems. We have a C-20 and C-38 state contractors license. We work on all major makes and models.

Apartment and commercial clients are provided with our preferred rate on preventative maintenance programs for the summer and winter seasons. Our property management clients are also offered low service rates and discounted prices on HVAC parts and equipment.

Westco offers competitive pricing on replacement of dual pak units, major components, or routine service calls. Service contracts are available. We offer 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency services.

Painting C-33

Westco, using the trade name Tenaya Painting, contracts major residential and commercial paint jobs, including several large apartment complexes throughout the California. We have a C-33 state contractors license. We have painted large commercial buildings including the massive "Splash Island" theme park in Fresno, We have proven we can paint just about anything, from custom houses to large commercial projects.

We also do repaint jobs in apartment units and office suites. We offer preferred rates to our property management clients.

Plumbing C-36

Westco can provide major plumbing repairs for both commercial and residential properties including sewer and drain cleaning service. We have a C-36 state contractors license.

We offer our property management clients preferred rates on both labor and parts. Routine plumbing jobs such as replacing faucets and toilets are charged at our lower maintenance rate to clients.

We offer 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service.
